Steve Rowe is the Founder and Chairman of Shi Kon Martial Arts. He is a 7th Dan in Karate 3rd Dan Iaido, 1st Dan Jodo and International Tai Chi Teacher. Steve has held most positions in the various Governing Bodies for Karate over the years.

Steve is a well known writer within the Martial Arts and currently writes for Martial Arts Illustrated magazine.

Steve has spent many years working within and teaching personnel from the Security Industry, Special Services and International Police Forces.
