LEN SIM Sensei 6th Dan

Len Sim Sensei (6th dan) has been practising karate for almost 40 years, starting in Dunfermline in 1967 studying Chito-ryu. Later studying under the late Dr Vernon Bell Sensei Len reached 2nd dan before moving over to Seibukan Goju-ryu. In 1974 he was introduced to Shihan James Rousseau and has dedicated his studies to that of Shihan James since that day.

During his many years of study Sensei Len has been extremely fortunate to have studied very closely with Sensei's Morio Higaonna and Teruo Chinen, as well as many other respected sensei. Sensei Len was involved in the establishment of the IOGKF in this country (EGKA) but later split with Shihan James to establish Goju-ryu Karate-do International (GKI) . Sensei Len maintains the lineage of his sensei, Shihan James Rousseau, and aims to provide the highest level of instruction in the traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate-Do of Chojun Miyagi.
